When adding your candidacy: name, email, phone (optional), photo (optional), bio, skills, location, CV (optional).

When applying for a job: your name, email and message.

Automatically: IP address (spam protection), visit time.

3. How we use your data

• To display your listings and profiles publicly (when approved).
• To send you the management link and status notifications.
• To protect the platform from spam and abuse.
• We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on secured servers within the EU. CVs and photos are retained only while your profile is active. Delete your profile at any time from the management panel.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

• Access: Request a copy of your data.
• Rectification: Update your information from the panel or contact us.
• Erasure: Delete your profile from the panel or send a request.
• Objection: Object to data processing.
