These terms govern the use of the PunoTani.com platform. By using the site — as a visitor, job seeker, or company — you accept these terms in full.

1. Who we are

PunoTani.com is an online platform for posting and searching job listings in Albania, operated by Ermald Billa (natural person, not a registered company). Contact: info@punotani.com.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PunoTani.com in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.

3. Who may use the platform

PunoTani.com is intended for individuals over 16 years of age and for legally recognized companies/organizations. By creating a candidacy profile or posting a job, you confirm that you meet this criterion and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Services provided

PunoTani.com offers, at no cost to any party:

  • Free browsing and searching of job listings
  • Job listing submission by companies
  • Creation of a public or private candidacy profile (self-application)
  • Direct application to published listings
  • A blog with career articles and advice

The core service is entirely free for both job seekers and companies, currently with no limit on the number of listings. If this changes in the future (e.g. with additional paid plans), we will clearly notify you before any change affecting your existing account.

5. Rules for posting listings

Companies posting job listings agree to comply with the following rules:

  • Listings must represent genuine, legal, and currently available job positions.
  • Information (salary, location, requirements) must be accurate and not misleading.
  • Listings that discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by Albanian labor law are prohibited.
  • Posting the same listing multiple times ("spamming" listings) or posting listings for purposes other than recruitment (e.g. collecting CVs for a marketing database) is prohibited.
  • Requesting payment from candidates in any form ("registration" fees, "training" fees, etc.) is prohibited — any such listing will be removed immediately and the company blocked.
  • PunoTani.com reserves the right to reject, modify, or delete any listing, without being obligated to provide a reason, particularly in case of violation of the points above.

6. Candidacy profiles

  • Each person may maintain only one active candidacy profile.
  • The information provided (name, experience, skills) must be truthful and not misleading.
  • Published profiles are publicly visible only after approval by the platform administrator.
  • False, fictitious profiles, or those created for purposes other than genuine job seeking, will be deleted without prior notice.
  • Candidates may request deletion of their profile at any time, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited conduct

When using PunoTani.com, the following are prohibited:

  • Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code of any kind.
  • Attempting to access parts of the site without authorization (e.g. the admin panel).
  • Using automated scripts (bots/scrapers) to bulk-collect site content without permission.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other users via contact or application forms.
  • Posting illegal, offensive, discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.).

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal of content and/or suspension of platform access.

8. Intellectual property

The name "PunoTani", the logo, design, and platform code are the property of Ermald Billa. Content you post (job listings, candidacy profiles, submitted articles) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it publicly on the platform for as long as your account/listing remains active.

9. Limitation of liability

PunoTani.com acts as a technological intermediary between job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of listings posted by companies.
  • The success of any application or recruitment process.
  • Uninterrupted availability of the platform (there may be interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons).

PunoTani.com is not a party to the employment relationship between the company and the candidate and bears no responsibility for disputes, working conditions, or contractual matters between them.

10. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice, particularly for technical, legal, or security reasons.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The last update date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will first be sought to be resolved amicably; failing that, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Albanian courts.
